Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I have avoided requiring a deposit for appointments for more than 20 years.  Unfortunately, a trend of last minute cancellations and no-shows has forced me to start requiring a $100 deposit at the time of booking for bike fits.  The policy for your deposit is outlined below, but please know that I will do everything I can to accommodate you.

•  Cancellations 3 days or more prior to your appointment will receive a full refund

•  Reschedules 3 days or more prior to your appointment will not incur an additional charge

•  Reschedules between 1 and 3 days prior to your appointment will incur an additional charge of $50  

•  Day of reschedules, or no shows will forfeit the entire deposit

•  Cancellations less than 3 days prior to your appointment will forfeit the entire deposit
