Carnation Time Trial Series
Presented by FootWorks Cycles, LLC

 

 

The Series is being held out of the city of Carnation, WA and will consist of 5 separate races.
The races will be exciting, with shorter lengths early in the season, a hill race mid season, and two long races in July and August.

This series is designed to be a primary race series as well as training tool for those preparing for the State Time Trial Championship, Ironman Coeur d’Alene, Ironman Canada, and the multitude of other triathlons occurring this season.

Race Dates:
April 1st (Sunday) - flat race approximately 20k (12.5 miles) - map
May 5th (Saturday) - flat race approximately 20k (12.5 miles) - map
June 2nd (Saturday) - hill race approximately 23k (14.5 miles) - map
July 8th (Sunday) - flat race approximately 46k (28.5 miles) - map1 map2
August 5th (Sunday) - flat race approximately 46k (28.5 miles) - map1 map2

Start Time: 8:00 am

Registration & Cost:
$30 per race, or sign up for all five at once and get one race free.

Points:
Points will be based on placing at each event.

Race #1:  10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Purse:
The overall series male and female winner will each receive a purse,at $1000 each. Prizes for each race will be broken down into age groups as follows: Juniors, 21– 39, and masters.

Sanctioning:
This race is not sanctioned by USA Cycling or USA Triathlon. This provides easy access to both cyclists and triathletes who wish to compete without the hassle of dual licensing.
