Carnation TT #1 has been CANCELLED due to the floods in the Snoqualmie Valley. Currently half the course is under a significant amount of water and it is unlikely that the water will recede in time for Sunday's race. If you have pre-registered you should have already received an email regarding the transfer / refund process.

This race will not be rescheduled and the series will now consist of the two remaining events. Series prize purse and points will unfortunately be modified but will remain worth racing for! Check back for updates.

The 2011 Carnation Time Trial Series is back for it's 4th year. Starting in April with the short course. Expect cool tems and wet roads like previous years. May brings everyones favorite Hill course. Nothing like starting one mile up hill at 10% grade to get the heart pumping and legs cranking. June will bring an early close to the season with the "Long" Course. I say "Long" in quotes to let cyclists take note that this is still a very short course for the triathletes who are used to time trialing for 56 and 112 miles.

If there is a strong interest in a Team Time Trial event again for the June race a category will be made.

New for 2011, the Carnation TT Series will be a USA Cycling Sanctioned Event. You will be required to have a USA Cycling License or purchase a one day race permit. Permits can be purchased at registration. Or an annual license can be purchased at USA Cycling's Website - click here

For those who are new to the event, it is designed to be a primary race series as well as training tool for those preparing for the State Time Trial Championship, Team Time Trial Champoinship, Ironman Coeur d’Alene, Ironman Canada, and the multitude of other triathlons occurring this season.

Race Dates:
April 3rd (Sunday) - flat race approximately 20.3k (12.6 miles) - map

May 8th (Sunday) - hill race approximately 22.3k (14.00 miles) - map

June 19th (Sunday) - flat race approximately 43.6k (27.1 miles) - map

Start Time: 8:00 am

Registration & Cost: - $30 per race, sign up for all 3 and get $10 off

Park your vehicle in the Tolt Middle school parking lot. Secondary parking located across SR-203 at the baseball fields. Do not park on the streets.

Purse: Series Grand Prize Purse $700 for each overall mens & womens top three series placers.
Becasue the first race was cancelled the prize purse has been reduced.

1st place - $350 for each male and female winner
2nd place - $200
3rd place - $150

Points: for top 10 overall (regardless of category)
